Deposits are 30% and applied to the final balance. Final payment is due before departure or pickup unless a credit line is in place. Currency is USD unless agreed otherwise.

• Cancellation: free within 24 hours of pickup; 50% inside 24h; 100% inside 6h or no-show.
• Cross-border assets: bridge/tunnel and permit fees may apply and are passed through at cost.
• Refunds: processed to the original payment method; allow 5–10 business days via Stripe.
